In this course on peak performance leadership Dr. LoPresti examines how a leader's character and personal values affect leadership ability. Leaders need to be able to recognize their core values as well as develop and communicate a shared vision. James LoPresti  is currently a Senior Instructor in the Leeds School of Business at University of Colorado where he teaches courses on leadership and management to undergraduates, graduates, and executives. Prior to his position at the University of Colorado Boulder, Dr. LoPresti was a Senior Program Manager in Support Services for Sun Microsystems in Broomfield, Colorado for 6 years. Prior to Sun, he worked as a Distance Learning Manager in education and training for Lucent Technologies.
