Practical Applications of Virtual and Augmented Reality in Business and Society: Smart Agrofood Systems
Smart Agriculture enables the technology to support farmers to become smarter in more efficient land and agricultural management, producing better crops to source an ever growing population. This is accomplished through using monitors to collect a wealth of data coupled with the realities technology to visualize and drive smart farming.
What you will learn:
- Examine agricultural production, post harvest, aggregation, processing, cold chain logistics, wholesale, retail, and consumer feedback
- Understand the intelligent agriculture infrastructure and the overall role of AR/VR
- Review sensors, global positioning systems, and mapping in correlation with AR/VR
- Discuss managing agricultural robots and drones and the importance of AR/VR
