When communities are actively involved at every stage, from identifying needs to evaluating impact, they are more likely to feel ownership, invest in the solution, and sustain it long term. This module explores practical strategies, methods, and common pitfalls in fostering meaningful collaboration, ensuring that projects are not just delivered to communities but built with them.
